BOOTH DECORATION

Basic Decorarion

In consideration of exhibitors who value their booth image even after changing to the modular wall systems, INTERSTYLE will keep black panels. The color of standard booths would keep black as it was before to maintain an atmosphere of INTERSTYLE although other trade shows normally adopt white panels.
Please note that changing colors of the panels will be charged except for white panels.

*With the basic system panel + special mounting materials and leasing equipment, the above decoration is possible.

Notice

1. Applying a standard booth with designated equipment is recommended if you wish to get the lowest price.
2. Use of screws, pins and double-sided tape is strictly prohibited. Please use designated items.
3. In case of destruction or damage to wall panel, 11,000 JPY (incl. tax) per panel will be charged.
4. Wall panels, poles, beams are all colored black. (Please refer to the image below.)
5. A change of a wallpaper's color to white is for free. Submission of application from an exhibitor manual is necessary.
Please be aware that poles and beams are black.
6. If you wish to change the wallpaper's color (except for black and white), it will be double walled structure. (Charged)
